  • IP address and browser type when you sign in, activate a licence or download an app, to keep your account secure and prevent fraud

Licence keys and other sensitive values are stored encrypted with AES-256, and access to our servers is restricted to IngressVC. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after account deletion to comply with our legal obligations.

7. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services to operate our platform. These are Stripe for payment processing and Microsoft 365 for sending and receiving email (for example, delivering your licence key). Our website and customer records are hosted on servers operated by IngressVC in the United Kingdom. Each third-party provider is contractually bound to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Cookies and Device Storage

We don’t use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. When you sign in we keep one item in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in; it is strictly necessary and removed when you sign out.
