By accessing or using the IngressVC website (ingressvc.com), purchasing or downloading our software products, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Software Licence

2.1 Grant of Licence

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software on the number of devices specified by your plan. This licence is personal to you or your organisation and may not be sublicensed, rented, or leased to any third party.

2.2 Licence Restrictions

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • You may not circumvent or disable licence verification mechanisms
  • You may not redistribute, share, or publicly distribute the software
  • You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose

2.3 Licence Activation

Software licences require online activation and are bound to specific hardware. Each licence key has a maximum number of simultaneous device activations as specified at the time of purchase. You may transfer a licence between devices by deactivating on one device before activating on another.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

3.1 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@ingressvc.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

3.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription plan, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

4. Software Updates

We may provide updates to the software from time to time. Updates are delivered via the Sparkle framework and are cryptographically signed for your security. Minor updates and bug fixes are included with your licence. Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase or active subscription, as specified for each product.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain the exclusive property of IngressVC. Your licence to use our software does not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IngressVC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our software or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your licence rights cease immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disputes shall survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
